Terms of service

Agreement
These terms apply when you use darsda products, including the darsda Cards app on the web and on Android. By using them, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the products.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us at support@darsda.uz if you believe someone else has access to it.
You must provide accurate information when you register, and you may not impersonate someone else or use another person's account.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the products for anything unlawful, or to harm, harass or defraud anyone.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, including material that infringes someone else's copyright.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Resell or redistribute the service as your own without our written agreement.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Your content
The decks and cards you create remain yours. You keep ownership of them.
You give us the limited permission we need to store, back up and display that content in order to run the service for you — nothing more. If you delete your content, that permission ends.
If you choose to share a deck publicly, you are responsible for having the right to share what it contains.
Our content
The darsda name, logo, software and design are ours. Using the products does not transfer any of that to you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the products available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may release new products or retire old ones. Where a change materially reduces what you get, we will give reasonable notice.
Price
darsda Cards is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, we will state the price clearly before you are charged, and free use of what you already have will not be withdrawn without notice.
Liability
The products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or lost study time arising from your use of the products.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You may stop using the products at any time and delete your account. We may close your account if you break these terms, or if we discontinue a product — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always available here, and we will notify you of significant changes.
